To keep Waimanalo unspoiled, only one rental per month is allowed.
Your stay, however, can be for one, two, three or four weeks.

Payment
Pay in advance. Security deposit will be refunded by mail.

Cancellation Policy
Two weeks notice of cancellation: 1/4 of payment refunded.
Four weeks notice of cancellation: 3/4 of payment refunded.
